I’ve been sewing and building quilts for almost 15 years. I enjoy spending time looking at fabric colors and designing quilts.
Sanci’s Stitches is a Veteran owned company. While serving in Iraq, during my free time, I would plan different quilts to get a quick break from the war. It still brings me peace on stressful days to look at fabric and see how to pair it with other fabric to make something beautiful.
My mother is the one who started teaching me to sew when I was very young. When we work on a quilt together, I normally figure the yardage requirements and cut the pieces and she sews. It’s great to spend time with her and have an amazing quilt when we are finished.
